Designing a Targeted Marketing Program

RPM Agents will:

  1. Implement a targeted marketing program to rent your property as quickly as possible.
  2. Execute an aggressive marketing plan utilizing over 100 rental based websites, Real Property Management’s own website (, the local MLS (optional) and property specific YouTube videos.
  3. Take calls and emails from prospects and schedule appointments. Our agents will showings at the property for prospects. They will also report back to you regularly with feedback from showings/potential residents.

Coordinating Resident Move-In

Your Agent will:

  1. Collect the first month's rent and security deposit in the form of certified funds prior to move in.
  2. Prepare all rental and lease agreements utilizing appropriate legal forms.
  3. Meet with your new resident and ensure all agreements have been properly executed before they move-in.
  4. Release keys only after the lease has been signed and funds collected.
  5. Have your resident complete and sign a "Move-in Inspection" report verifying the condition of the property at the time of his or her move-in, to protect you.
  6. Instruct residents how to get utilities switched into their names.
  7. Show residents how to pay their rent online and get them enrolled in our exclusive program that rewards residents for paying rent on time.
